HOW TO WEATHER THE STORM

A tornado ripped through St. Louis last night, destroying so many homes, business, and even shutting down Lambert Airport. The part that shocks me the most is that there were little to no casualties, yet, for the past week, everytime I've watched the news, there had been a fatality, prison break, murder, robbery, or some other sort of crime. I sat in the breakroom every morning this week disgusted at what the news was reporting.

Then this tornado hits and I got to thinking, how can nature be so reckless and not harm anyone, yet the people in this city can do less damage and take more lives?

God is protecting us at all times. Even when we least expect it, he is still providing for our needs, even when he takes things away. The tornado hit close to home (no pun intended), and one thing is for certain. Storms come in our life, but they don't last.
